After posting an advert looking for people on the Freshers Page on Facebook, we decided to change our idea slightly because hardly anyone was responding and the responses we got were either friends joking around or someone asking what it even was.

This led to us having a group meeting and discussing what we could do to get people involved in it, meaning we made the choice to change the idea back to what we originally were going to do.

We decided to make mini challenges that were spread around Farnham, they could range from easy to difficult but were still possible to do for students. We also added in a points system and a mystery prize, this is so that theres still a form of competition within the event.
We also split up the roles in the group so that we would all have something to do:

• Charlie - Website
• Leanna - Advertising (posters)
• Nick - Advertising (social networks)
• Kat - Advertising/Editing (trailer)

We also all came up with the initial ideas of challenges in the meeting, which we then came up with the descriptions and hashtags that would need to be on the website.

• SU Night - Games Night
• Farnham Castle
• Newspaper
• Dancing
• Robert Adams
